Our biggest requirement when working with service businesses is COMMUNICATION! Barb, Phil's assistant, was wonderful at letting us know where everything was with regard to where the technicians were, to what we could expect. We knew if we had any questions, we could count on her. The technicians were amazing. Ask for Daniel when you hire Phil Stratton's electricians. We also worked with David and Raymon who were excellent, very professional, extremely congenial. But, for the larger projects, ask for Daniel. He is also the foreman. We had a project where we wanted to take some decorative lighting in the house we bought, and move it down and reposition the lighting on the side of a beam. Daniel knew exactly what to do, and the project came our perfectly!

Skylar showed up on time, with all tools he needed. He got the work done in a timely fashion, and explained to me what I needed to replace the bedroom fan/light.

I got the necessary materials. He came back and installed the new fan and light fixture with a minimum of fuss or muss.

We had a new washer/dryer combo delivered and when it was being installed the 4 prong plug would not fit into the 4 prong outlet. We called Phil Stratton electric out and they were able to have someone come out the next day. It ended up that the outlet was for an over and not a dryer, the person who had this place before us was a do it yourselfer and this was yet another issue he created. Anyway, Jiim was able to replace the outlet and now we have a usable washer/dryer. Jim was professional, and got the work done in an efficient manner at a reasonable price. My Generator that supplies my water well went down. I called Phil Stratton Elect. The following week, Tim the service person came out, and had it up and producing the correct voltage withing 2 hours.
