The good:
Recommended best in class Kohler 12 kw generator for off grid backup at a competitive price.
Did not require major money down prior to work performed. This was not a small job, the cost was nearly 7k$.
Guaranteed complete satisfaction before payment.
Arrived on time or advised well before time for new date.
Workmanship is top notch. I'm a retired electrical engineer so I know what is right!
The system works perfectly. Pumps water from well, charges batteries, automatically starts keeps house up and running in all weather, uses low amount of fuel.
Technicians were well trained - with one caveat, see below.

What could have been better:
