I really enjoy using Amspec due to the fact they are always on time. Their prices are good. They give a great detailed report and also fast fixes if you need them while they are there. My I inspector, Steve Barker, is awesome. He is always friendly, answers questions , does a great job, is honest and shows up when he says and I have not ever had one issue with him. So the Inspection side of Amspec is very good and I use them on every house I sell after consulting with my clients. He is also willing to talk with potential buyers, shows them things and talks them through the process. They don’t have to be there but he Certainly works with them. He will also have real estate agent there Is the client wants that. He has shown me things. That is why I call Amspec back. I have a great relationship with Steve Barker and Amspec backs it all up!
