Alex did an amazing job, very thorough and complete survey to my swimming pool and spa. His explanation was complete and provided me with the options. His report is very complete and will help me to get my pool resurfaced and repair if needed. Fully recommend the company and Alex.

Highly recommend! We hired them to do a pool inspection on the home we are buying. Since we were under the inspection period they scheduled an inspection within the same week we called. Alex was our specialist and he was so thorough! The inspection took about 2 hours and he was able to tell us on-site what to expect in the detailed report. Luckily, no major issues to report but we were so pleased with their work and professionalism! They take payment after the inspection on-site which was very easy. Can’t recommend enough and ask for Alex!

I just want to commend American Leak Detection (ALD) on the efficiency and performance of their two technicians/plumbers Jose and Milton. From the moment Jose came to our home to detect the leak(s) his professionalism was evident. When he returned with Milton to fix the leaks, their expertise was evident in fixing and abating further damage. I would highly recommend Jose, Milton, and ALD to any and all.

This is the worst company I have ever come across with. I have a terrible leak problem at home and have mold all over my furniture and personal belongings. My dog and I have been breathing mold for the past 6 month. I've called NUMEROUS times and left all of my information in hopes to get a call back and response. I have spoken to employees Tammy & Kristine who have expressed how "sorry" they were for my emergency situation (yeah right) only to have to sit and wait for ZERO response or call back. Reading other reviews here I see that not getting a call back has been a blessing in disguise because it's obvious they are so unprofessional and they overall SUCK. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Mediocrity at it's finest.

Charles did an excellent job both detecting the leak and then managed to limit tile damage during the slab repair. He took his time and explained every step of the process. After repair he tested and made sure everything was functional before he left. I would recommend American Leak Detection and if the service technicians are half as good as Charles you wont be disappointed.
