American Leak Detection

Came out very quickly and found the source of my leak. Best part, no holes were made in my wall! Alex was a great technician

I seldom write reviews, however I must take the time to acknowledge the professionalism of Devondro Hite from American Leak. He was on time, not only respectful but also personable; working patiently, diligently, & thoroughly, to identify the source of the leak. While I recognize that is his job, I applaud his approach, & his passion for what he does. Thank you Devondro!
I would definitely recommend American Leak to others. The entire process was seamless.

Do yourself a favor. NEVER use this company. We engaged them to find a leak. our property is 1/2 a city block so it large. We isolated the area of the leak and showed the tech. He then proceeded to wander around the property, nowhere near the area we showed him, finally came back over and said "It's too noisy here for me to locate anything". We were then billed $675 for what? ZERO service. Repeated calls to the company to speak with a manager NEVER answered. Now they threaten to send the bill to a collection agency. Not only can they not find leaks, they cannot offer even the smallest amount of customer service or even speak to you about any issue you have. You are better off with a divining rod than calling these people.

Alejandro Nacher came to my house on 12/28 to find a leak in my home. He was polite, thorough and knowledgeable! The level of service provided was amazing. Not only did he find the leak efficiently without making a mess of my home, he provided instructions on the best way to approach the repair. I will use American Leak Detection South Florida again but I would definitely ask for Alejandro if he is avaiable. Thanks for providing such great service!

I was charged a $400 fee for a bogus report.
The leak is not where the American Leak Detection plumber said it was.
And they don't answer my calls for repairs or from the plumber that made the report, nor are they willing to look into finding where the leak comes from once they were paid.

American Leak Detection is excellent in detecting and repairing water leaks. I had a water leak in my kitchen. Several plumbers attempted to find the "slab leak" but failed.

Jose Estrella, highly knowledgeable and gracious, came in, and within 20 mins he detected the leak under the foundation-slab without further destruction of my home.

The customer service representative Ms. Diane was very good reassuring that the leak will be detected and thereafter, scheduled the repair immediately.
