American Leak Detection

Hired American Leak Detection to come out and repair a leak they found in our bathroom. Adam and Jose did a fantastic job! Not only were they quick but they made sure to communicate with me throughout the whole process.

The work was done very clean with minimal damage to the walls while they made their repairs.

Will definitely use American Leak Detection again and ask for Adam or Jose if you want a job done right the first time!

Used them years ago and the service was great! Fixed my pool leaks. Trying to give them business again with my new home but they are too good for it. At least the coordinator Tracy did not want my business. Her tone was very cold. She did not work with me at all when it comes to scheduling. Obviously too busy for me. I would understand if they are really too busy but she should at least sound friendly and apologetic. However, she sounded indifferent and did not want to do business with me at all. Then I won't be your client as you wish! Sorry American Leak Detection, you are probably a good company but you have bad employee like Tracy. You are losing your business because of her.

The company was amazing. The plumber Adam was fantastic and would recommend them anytime.

Very disappointed that the leak detection took less that 20 minutes and I was still billed $350. Live and learn.

American Leak came out and performed their diagnostics to find the leak in my waterline. Keith, the tech, appeared to be very knowledgeable, professional and was able to find point "A" but not point "B" of the leaking pipe source. The fact that he couldn't find "B" is not the issue I have with writing this review. When It was time to square up the bill, Keith told me it was going to be $250. I was a little surprised but happy to pay $100 less than what I was quoted by the office person. As Keith and I talked, he indicated that I had done a lot of the preliminary work coupled with the fact that he could only find point A. From our discussion I deduced that perhaps that was the reason he was only charging me $250. I gave him my credit card and he checked me out and said an e-copy would be sent to my email. This morning I opened the email receipt...

What started out as a bad situation with new pool that had leaks was quickly diagnosed and repair by tech Alex on very short notice. would strongly recommend this company
