Very un happy with the company, I had 2 workers come to my house, one was very efficient and the other one disappeared for 1 week. After 2.5 weeks they didn't find the leak, another company found it. Then a woman call me asking for my credit card for payment. I was in the middle of seen patients and she demanded my credit card information. I told her to kindly send me the invoice or a payment link, she told me that they don't do that. She was very abrasive and insistent, to the point that I had to hang-up so I can finished what I was doing. ( I can give my credit card when I don't know what I am been charged for) Then to my surprise she did send me a invoice that I paid immediately.
No a good way to treat costumers or do business.

Statefarm used American leak detection to evaluate a leak. If you live in the silver lakes area, you might know about the copper pipes issues all over. Milton fixed the initial leak in one day and I hired him again to replace all pipes running under the slab. They used quality parts, stuck to their estimate, and really went above and beyond. They re routed all copper pipes using pex through the ceiling. Really big effort, amazing work. These guys are great.

Overall a good company we requested a leak detection service and the technician that arrived was polite and very knowledgeable.My mother is elderly and he was able to explain and discover a leak coming from the kitchen.Any issues would definitely recommend again in the future.

Many $$$ later, we found a company and a technician who was willing to listen to the owners instinct and suggestions. He quickly discovered and seems to have finally fixed our issues. I have a roof leak. I called and they said yes they could find it. James came out and said the leak was on my flat roof and diagrammed where it was. We fixed the area of the flat roof and then the interior ceiling and it leaked AGAIN! I called as it was under warrantee, and they sent the same guy out and he spent around 3 hours with my hose and now said it was elsewhere and he's send a report. Still no report!! No response to my email, my text or my calls. I am going to file in small claims court. Use a different service. This one is unresponsive and definitely not good.
