My experience with Daphne and Katie was without a doubt, pleasant and easy. They made all the difference. Professional while also fun and reassuring.

We absolutely adored Kelley. He was helpful, courteous, and fun to be around. Which was nice. He wasn't stuffy or trying to rush us. Katie also kept me in the loop with emails and updates. During the closing both Katie and Stacey with Declaration were both just an ABSOLUTE delight. They were funny, nice, answered all our questions without making us feel like it was an inconvenience.

This company was awesome to me. The reason i'm saying this is because, I had an house fire, contractor ran off with the money. So I could no longer pay for a home I could live in so I contact American Home Biyer. Chip contact me we have set in greet with in 2days, he assess the demage told me what he could work with an it was acceptable. Then Chuck contact me to inform me he was showing the home, with in a month in few.day the house was sold Katie was at the closing with Dephne @ Capital Title these ladies where heavenly sent. It was worry free they took care every thing with honest.
