We were looking to fix our house up to sell, and move to south Texas. It seemed like we were just falling further behind trying to fix the house up, and tine was important to us. We got a letter in the mail from American Home Buyer about buying our house and decided to call them. They responded the same evening we called, and Arlene came by the next morning to look at the house. She explained all of our options, then made an offer which which we thought was very fair. Everyone we dealt with at American Home Buyers made the process smooth. There was never any pressure, all choices were ours. They work with whatever choices you as a seller need to make. Everyone was friendly, and professional. We sold and closed in 2 weeks. Which made it a fast process. Never knew 2 weeks can go by that fast. Two weeks was our choice.
