Blair came out and spoke with us a while back about the house that we were about to sell and provided a tremendous amount of invaluable information. He took his time to explain everything to us and answer any and all of our questions. It was very obvious that he truly cares about the people that he works with, and he has a passion for helping others. The only reason we did not end up using Blair and American Homebuyer is because a local homeowner came out of nowhere and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. I would definitely recommend Blair whenever you’re thinking about selling a home!
