After buying a new home, we were in need of selling our older fixer upper. Hiring a real estate agent and having to deal with all that comes along with it isn’t something we wanted to do. You always see commercials for “American Home Buyers “ on Television claiming that they will take care of everything including no closing costs.

My wife called and answered some quick questions. Before I knew it, they ( American Home Buyers) had set up a meeting to walk the property. We sat down and Rolly( AHB rep) walked us through the process and we filled out some paperwork.

Rolly set up appointments with buyers, kept us up to date regarding all potential buyers. Their communication skills are exemplary ( and very much appreciated). We were always in the know.

Once the home went under contract the closing team ( led by Heather)then stepped up, coordinating...

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever been through. It was painless and so simple. It’s a Christian base company ran by Christians. I recommend them highly. I was so happy with the process of selling my mother's home with American Home buyers. They came out, gave us a fair quote and did exactly what they advertised in a timely manner.
