Ambiance Medical Transportation

I was at cedars sinai today for the first time with my parents (for my fathers appointment)Jay was amazing he is courteous, professional, and prompt. Jay goes above and beyond to make sure you are safe and comfortable he had to take us to the hospital for a EKG and he walked us in made sure my mom was able to stay with my father and I, since she wasn’t able to be take her back to the clinic to wait for us witch made my mom feel very comfortable and safe. He provides a step stool for easy access. Thank you Jay! We had an amazing experience! 10 out of 10.

Ambiance is a great service love the driver Hugo and Caleb they are great and friendly and funny not to mention very professional. They get you to your appointments on time and I love that! Continue to keep up the great work!

Superb Service provided by their team - Aaron & Hugo - for my wife’s appointment at UCLA. I have used few other transportation companies and have used Ambience now for the 3rd time. Always good & punctual service. This time was even better. Also, Dill at their office is efficient and responsive!👍
