Chris and all the inspectors at Allied are tops. They are professional, thorough, and prompt. Their reports are the best in the business. And their staff couldn't be better. I been using Allied for over a decade and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw the price. I figured it wouldn't be much of an inspection. I was wrong. The inspector (Lucas) explained what he was going to do; brought his ladder AND a Camera. He went into the attic with a breathing mask and took quite a bit of time up there. He answered all questions and identified problems I never would have known about. The only thing that sucks about his inspection is that I definitely need a new roof and there is a need for new duct work. Well done Allied.
