Told me everything he was doing step by step.

Very nice and professional technicians! They scoped and jetted my main water line in ONE DAY to remove tree roots that began to block my drainage. Great timing. The only things I wish I would have been told ahead of time is that the jetting service would require the use of A LOT of MY WATER and that they wouldn’t call me right away for my new pipe excavation and replacement. I’m still waiting for my appointment.

I felt that this company could’ve been a little bit more professional with work services. When I came in and saw water all over my floors I was not comfortable with that. I felt that tarps could have been in place so we are not wiping up all floors upstairs and down.
