Very happy with their service. I spoke to Mary on the phone about my plumbing problem. She was very responsive and sent Nathan the same day to assess what needed to be done. 2 days later the job was successfully done. I can’t express enough how pleased and satisfied I was using Allied/All City plumbing. I had an emergency with my sewer line and they did not hesitate to get the job done. I was explained in detail what would need to be done, was given a fair price and no changes. Fred was always available and there to answer all and any questions. He also checked in after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure doing business with them especially after having experience with other plumbing companies.

I recently contacted Allied / All-City to check on a lingering issue with my sewer line. Roots were infiltrating into the pipe causing frequent blockages. They had the right equipment and were able to determine the exact location of the blockage. I was very impressed by their transparency in determining the problem that resulted in tremendous saving since I did not have to replace the entire sewer line. I felt at ease with the crew and quickly signed a contract for the work. They scheduled the work and a couple of days later Mario’s crew showed up early and took care of the issue. The entire team was pleasant, professional and knew what they were doing. After finishing the repairs, they made sure to cover and clear the work area.
