We are getting ready to sell and found more problems than we bargained for a leak under the sink a problem by the pool a problem on the side of the house thank God for Allied All City. They took care of everything polite clean neat on time and greatly priced , thanks again Allied All City for always being there when we’ve got a plumbing problem. I was very surprised at the rapid response to my call for service to begin with. It truly exceeded my expectation. My service technician Marcelo, was very professional throughout the service call. Marcelo took the time to diagnose the problem, exerted every effort at resolution in the least invasive manner and when invasion was required, took great care to minimize the scope of invasion and the collateral impacts. I was kept informed throughout each step and included in the thought process. Options were thoroughly explained with their respective benefits and drawbacks clearly articulated. Once relief was achieved Marcelo exercised the care and consideration for clean up as though it were in his home, this was truly appreciated.

All told, if Marcelo is indicative of the service professionals associated with Allied/All City Inc. They are head and shoulders above all...

Great company! The workers were friendly n showed me everything while doing my sewer pipe lining. Efficient. And I could use my water right after!! Didn't like giving a large deposit but they came on the date promised no issues at all. Highly recommend..... DMC. The others I got estimates from had zero knowledge n couldn't answer any questions.

The technicians were amazing. They were friendly, wore uniforms, and explained everything while we watch the camera. They are SME and I highly recommend.
