Was attempting to get multiple quotes to replace a broke drain pipe under my basement floor. Technician arrived and I told him I just had a previous company come and they had scoped the main drain pipe to find and see where the pipe meets. Just wanted a quote on how much to replace ripe or what other options I had. Technician went out to car and spent roughly 20 min on the phone before returning to tell me they wouldn’t quote me until they scoped the drain themselves for $95. The previous company had scoped the drain for free. After I agree to the scope the technician locks his keys in his truck, he asks to borrow my tools unlock his truck. After he gets his keys out I ask for a discount for the camera job, he said I can’t do that….after I let him use my grinder to unlock his truck….
