The crew arrived within the specified time frame they introduced the team (5) members. Everyone was friendly, yet professional. I was apprised of the progress as the day went along. The wallpaper, floor, etc. were left in the same condition as when the team arrived. The team leader, Sergio, reviewed the operation of the tub thoroughly and told me to call if necessary
