I was recommended to Allied/All City by the person who I have come every year to clear my big, beautiful tree’s roots from my sewer line. Since he noticed a small hole in the pipe, he suggested I think about getting the sewer line relined or replaced. Allied/All City came to do an assessment with a camera to see what I needed. Fortunately, they said they could reline the pipe, rather than having to replace it (which would have entailed cutting down the massive tree and ripping up my lawn and retaining wall!). We made an appointment for the following week. They showed up on time and spent a good part of the day on the job. They were extremely efficient, neat, and cleaned up everything after they were done. Everyone I dealt with at the company, from my calls to the office to all of the workmen, were incredibly nice and knowledgable, patiently answering all of my questions. No one...

The 2 men who came to my house were professional, helpful & extremely pleasant.
They covered my rug & stairs so as not to leave any stains on my rug.
They explained everything they would need to do & did a wonderful job. Very hardworking men.

The initial visit to determine the root cause of low water pressure was identified to be as a result of inadequate pipe sizing. A rescheduled date was set up, and the team arrived on time as scheduled - 8am sharp on a 37 degree outside temperature day. They also coordinating with the local gas company to report to the site to identify and label where the gas pipe is located in relation to the underground water pipe..
The team started the water pipe replacement process at approximately 8:30am, and successfully replaced the existing 3/4" pipe to 1" copper pipe, from the street to the house, approximately 30' of length.
The plumbing team were very professional and advised me on every step of the process and with 5hrs, the job was completed
More importantly the staff and scheduling team was excellent, very courteous and friendly.
