Allied All City Inc

I recently contacted Allied / All-City to check on a lingering issue with my sewer line. Roots were infiltrating into the pipe causing frequent blockages. They had the right equipment and were able to determine the exact location of the blockage. I was very impressed by their transparency in determining the problem that resulted in tremendous saving since I did not have to replace the entire sewer line. I felt at ease with the crew and quickly signed a contract for the work. They scheduled the work and a couple of days later Mario’s crew showed up early and took care of the issue. The entire team was pleasant, professional and knew what they were doing. After finishing the repairs, they made sure to cover and clear the work area. I was recommended to Allied/All City by the person who I have come every year to clear my big, beautiful tree’s roots from my sewer line. Since he noticed a small hole in the pipe, he suggested I think about getting the sewer line relined or replaced. Allied/All City came to do an assessment with a camera to see what I needed. Fortunately, they said they could reline the pipe, rather than having to replace it (which would have entailed cutting down the massive tree and ripping up my lawn and retaining wall!). We made an appointment for the following week. They showed up on time and spent a good part of the day on the job. They were extremely efficient, neat, and cleaned up everything after they were done. Everyone I dealt with at the company, from my calls to the office to all of the workmen, were incredibly nice and knowledgable, patiently answering all of my questions. No one...

The 2 men who came to my house were professional, helpful & extremely pleasant.
They covered my rug & stairs so as not to leave any stains on my rug.
They explained everything they would need to do & did a wonderful job. Very hardworking men.
