Scheduling the appointment with Brendan, who understood my concern for a timely response to the work needing to be done, provided me with a very quick turnaround time from my first call to sending a technician within 24 hours. Robert, the technician, was wonderful! He contacted me with an ETA, which was within the scheduled appointment window and was pleasant, professional, and thorough. All action alarm is dependable and responds quickly to any alarm or camera issues related to the sytem. One of the service reps by the name of tom is great with troubleshooting/fixing system problems and is highly recommended when requesting service calls.
