Recently had our alarm system reinstalled after construction. Brent (one of the owners) came to my home 2 weeks prior to assess the new space and review with me what was needed. He then ensured all the alarm components were here the day of the installation. The installers (Tom and Nick) worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave our home until the entire system was up and running to our satisfaction. They took the time to answer all my (many) questions and went over all of the alarm commands, even going out of their way to set up shortcuts on the app. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.
