They are so kind, so helpful and so responsive. I didn’t have internet and first Brent helped me over the phone. Then the next day Tom came. He is so nice! He had to come back on Sunday and he fixed the problem!

Tom came and did a good job checking on our CO alarms. I’m not sure why the third alarm that went off several days later triggered the fire department to come since there was never any CO in the air—the alarms just beeped once indicating they needed service. Not sure what the best solution is, but have you considered logging the dates when new alarms are installed and then reaching out to customers a month or so before their 5-yr expiration date to recommend replacing them?
