Recently moved & found All Action Alarm. They’re an A+ company with the BBB. Scheduling an appointment was easy with their personable staff in Shane & Julia. Shortly after, I met with one of the owners, Brent Mele, who is friendly, professional, & patient. He walked me through every room to address the security needs, presented different options, & never made me feel pressured. Communication throughout was seamless throughout via phone calls & e-mails. Tom & Nick, their technicians were excellent. Patient, professional, & personable with each trip to our home to ensure their job was perfect. Tom took his time to walk me through every app & procedure to ensure I was comfortable with their system. I would recommend All Action Alarm to anyone.

So glad we found All Action Alarm. Brent came to our house to look over our existing alarm system to see if any of it was usable when we switched. He was thorough, helped us with an existing problem we had for 7 years in a matter of minutes. Installation day, Tom came and I was just as happy. He was friendly, patient with my 2 young children who were asking him a million questions and raved about what a wonderful boss and person the owner Brent is.
