Keith was terrific! He let me know that he was running a little late because of traffic, but once he was here, he worked quickly and was thorough in testing our system. He was kind and courteous and locked all the windows after each zone test! He let me know what equipment needs to be replaced (CO detector) and when it needs to be replaced.
