The company was very responsive when I called to explain the problem with my home alarm system. Shane took all the info about my system and my issue. He clearly explained estimated work, costs, and contingencies. Set up a date for a few days later and the technician, Keith, arrived right on schedule. Courteous and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem, explained it, resolved it, then checked that all parts of my system were in good order, and repaired one of the sensors. Also installed the battery I needed. Very professional. Keith was terrific! He let me know that he was running a little late because of traffic, but once he was here, he worked quickly and was thorough in testing our system. He was kind and courteous and locked all the windows after each zone test! He let me know what equipment needs to be replaced (CO detector) and when it needs to be replaced.
