Dr Ali is the most patient and gracious doctor I have ever met. His staff is wonderful and very accommodating. You would be absolutely lucky to have him as a doctor.

Update: Dr. Ali called me today to apologize for the situation and I was very impressed that he cared enough to follow up with me. He provided a resolution that worked for both of us and I am satisfied.

I was referred for sleep apnea. I have a $60.00 co-pay for specialist office visits. I paid that. The visit lasted maybe 5 minutes and I was told they would check for insurance approval. The next call received was to pick up the items needed for the sleep study. 1 day before my follow up appt I was called to pay on a balance of $235. I was unaware that the sleep study was not covered. I called my insurance provider and they stated the procedure was not covered because I had not met my deductible.
