Outstanding; there is no other way to describe their service!! Today, Tim knocked out of the park, checking on our systems and finding an issue; not only did he fix it, but he did not charge for it. I have worked with AirTime for at least five years, and they have NEVER sold me anything I did not need. Cool Ace and other companies always forced me to replace a coil or do some additional cleaning; AirTime ALWAYS finds the units in good working condition, and they run as expected. I sincerely appreciate the honesty of every single technician. TOP NOTCH service!!

I called AirTime for a second opinion on my A/C units. I’m sure glad I did. My service tech, Tim, was informative and professional. He told me my A/C system was working well and didn’t need the items the first company tried to “up sell” me with.

The team worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. We bought new filters that they installed for us after cleaning our air ducts. They were considerate.
