AirTime Cooling & Heating

I have been totally impressed with AirTime since my first call last year. Do not waste your time or money with anyone else. Forget all the large companies with their cute commercials. AirTime is the best. They have done new Trane installs on two of my rental properties and I could not be happier. Ashton is great to work with. Absolutely a top notch professional. The crews that came out to do both installs were fantastic. They all took the time to answer my questions and even help the tenant with programming the thermostat. Customer service like this is rare these days, but not at AirTime. Everyone have I have spoken to or dealt with has been terrific. A huge shout out to the crews that did the work at my homes. Josh and his sons did an install for me last year at the end of December and they were awesome. Today I met Vinnie and Jordan at another home for another install. These guys...

The entire process of replacing my AC unit was smooth and simple - from the home visit to evaluate the scope to how the quote was presented, to scheduling, install and financing! I have been using AirTime Cooling and Heating for a few years and they always provide good service and fair pricing and trustworthy repairs when needed.

AC seems to make the house cooler than our old one, we're glad we got a bigger 16 sear. Unfortunately our slab was too small so they put a bigger slab on top to accommodate the bigger unit and had to add some of our flagstone pieces under the bigger slab to stabilize the unit. Doesn't look incredibly professional but with some decorative bricks or blocks around the base would help. If we knew our slab was too small we would of redone it to a more proper size.
:UPDATE:
After getting my post insulation free checkup they called me and asked if they could come by and fix the pad area to my unit and they did and did a great job! They made the pad look normal with the right fit and added landscaping rock around it. No extra cost at all, they just want to do a great job and and fix it when they don't get right. Great company and attitude!
