Tim was professional and thorough, we knew we had an old unit 20+ years, he gave us options and the reasons why, then he proceeded to email us with the costs associated with the options. No pressure whatsoever. We were pleased with his honesty and thoroughness . We will do business with Airtime again, if all their employees are as caring as Tim.

After being stood up by a different AC Company for a new unit installation. I called Air Time from a recommendation. Air Time had technicians out to my house that afternoon, helped confirm the issue and got me on their schedule for installation of a new unit. They called the next day and said they could install it sooner if we were ok with a Saturday installation. The installers were on time, efficient, thorough and professional. They removed the old unit and installed the new one in less than 4 hours, and after a few weeks of usage, and break in, everything is working as it should. Their customer service was great. I would highly recommend them.
