I love this company! I have never waited for a person to come out. I make a call and within 2-3 hrs. a technician is there. They are thorough, professional and best of all client orientated. Tim, was absolutely amazing! I will never go to another company again. Air Time rocks!!

Axel is very knowledgeable & responsive. He quickly solved the issue and got us back to cool temps during Phoenix heat. Highly recommend AirTime Cooling.

Another awesome experience with Airtime. Tina was great in getting someone out timely to fix our drain pan clog. Tim the tech was great as well. Very informative of the issue, thoroughly explained what he did to resolve it, and how to prevent it from happening again. I’ll only call Airtime for my heating and cooling needs.

Service was excellent and prompt. Tim, our technician, was on time and provided us his expert assessment of our HVAC issue. Pricing was good and not over priced. Tim explained everything he was doing and his recommendation. Well pleased of AirTime and will call on them again.

I called AirTime thru a referral from a family member after my AC stopped working in the middle of August. They scheduled me that evening during on call hours and Axel showed up at my door with a friendly smile on his face. From the time that I called to the time everything was fixed and Axel was out the door it was less than 2 hours. I can’t recommend AirTime enough! Did an absolute great job. New two stage Trane Seer2 installation. First unit they installed had a manufacturing issue, corrected the problem so we’d have air conditioning, and, the next day, replaced the unit with a new unit. Has been 2 months since installation, everything is excellent, is way quieter, even when running second tier. Cooling seems more even though out the house, which seems odd giving it uses the old ductwork, although they did reseal everything. New plenum improves visual also, Very,Very satisfied.

AirTime is amazing. Garret serviced my unit today for routine maintenance, he was very timely, knowledgeable, and responded to all of my questions. What a great company from purchasing my new unit three years ago to the regular maintenance they provide. Highly recommend them!!

did get the problem fixed just had to get a part for my little over 2 1/2 yr old Trane so a Trane can be stopped
8/15/24 Just had my unit serviced was suppose have a credit for referral Brian told me! Haven't been able to use it Yet? Tina was suppose to check into it I guess she forgot? Another thing on my list again!
