Seriously the best service I've had for maintenance on my HVAC unit. I watched as he cleaned it, tested it and added needed refrigerant. He then went into our attic and completed the rest of the work by cleaning the overflow line to make sure it's not clogged among other things.
He took the time to point out other unrelated things he noticed wrong with the house while in the attic which I'm very grateful for knowing.

Very knowledgeable and had the job quickly done.

AirTime and its professionals are #1. Often it isn't what goes right during service but what goes wrong and is made right.
Some big points that made this a stellar transaction. 1. AirTime had the best price of several companies I called on a new Trane system. 2. They had me scheduled quickly for install on my occupied rental unit during the height of summer. 3. They had exceptional customer service and communication with me and my tenant. 4. They installed a unit that was defective HOWEVER...they responded to a 2am text from my tenant that the air was not working after the install, assessed the system was bad, scheduled a crane for the next day, and had a brand new system in by 7am the next morning.

I cannot thank them enough for their care and service. Job well done!

Excellent service and great customer service at Airtime

I believe that it was Garret who checked on a small leak of condensation from our AC unit. Garret checked the situation out thoroughly, checking to make certain that there was not a blockage to the condensation drainage system. He attached insulation to an elbow in the copper pipe that led to the collection pan. He then did a water test and the system seems to be working well to drain condensation. His safety check gave my father and myself a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I came home from work and realized my house was extremely warm on a hot August day. I called AirTime and immediately spoke with a very friendly receptionist. She was able to get a technician, Garret, out to me within a few hours. Garrett called and was able to come even earlier, so I only had to wait about 30 minutes. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any AC needs.

Great experience, Airtime does excellent work and showed up on time for any appointments we had. We had one small issue that they corrected immediately!

Garrett was our tech. Honest, straight forward and completed the job quickly at a fair price. Did not try and sell me on a new unit, did what I asked. Will use again. Hopefully I can say good bye to AC scammers for good!!!!
