Got 5 quotes to replace 5 ton Heat Pump on 2 story house. Talked to John on the new unit specs, warranties, install practices/time frame, how long company in business, as well as BBB, ROC and company Google reviews. I had already looked up BBB, ROC and company Google reviews so in talking to John found John to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Worked with John to negotiate a fair price (During the install called John for price to install 2 new T-Bar return grill and he gave me a very fair price - no gouging). Next day Vince the Installation Manager and I met at the house to perform a walk through of where new unit was to be installed, so he could verify access, etc. Before entering the house Vince put on booties which is considerate and professional. If you don’t want to be “taken to the bank” - like many of the Phoenix area AC companies do, this is the company to use. Honest, responsive, great technicians and overall excellent customer service. My wife have used a lot of AC service companies in the past; hence, I am speaking from experience!
