I was given a window of 12:00p to 2:00p. At 12:18p I received a text that Jacob was on his way. He arrived at 12:45p ( to be fair I live pretty far out) and had my problem was resolved and he was heading out at 1:15p. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend AirTime Cooling to all.
