Jacob was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job at explaining all my options to me. Pricing was fair - will definitely use AirTime again in the future!

I had a great experience with Air Time Heating and Cooling. They are very responsive and offer fair pricing on their units, which come with a warranty. When my two-year-old HVAC unit's fan blower failed—likely due to the tenants not changing the air filter—I was concerned about paying for the labor since I couldn't prove the filter was the cause. However, after reaching out, everything was handled smoothly, and both labor and parts were covered under warranty. This experience taught me the importance of being more persistent in confirming that filters are regularly changed. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency—highly recommend!

Jesus did a great job! He explained what needed to be completed to fix my AC unit. ( Condenser needed to be replaced.) He also did a unit tune up and explained that the filter needed to be cleaned. Overall he was not "hardshell". He efficiently completed the job. I was very happy with his service.
