AirTime Cooling and Heating came highly recommended and I'm glad I chose them to replace my aging AC unit. Well priced, upfront and honest, something you don't see much of these days. Josh and his install team are wonderful to work with, excellent workmanship, very efficient, great communication, and clean up! I'll definitely recommend them and will continue to use Airtime!

Has anyone ever said, in the midst of AC problems, "Wow that was a great experience!"? Well, I'm saying it now! Jacob was amazing and I finally have peace of mind that the hot Arizona summer is no longer going to be a dangerous time of year for me with an old, unreliable system! Can't wait for the installation of my NEW TRANE SYSTEM to be completed. ❄️

Initially the technician did not have the freon for my AC. Then he said they would come out the next day. At 3PM I called and the office seemed like they did not know about comming out. When the tech came out with freon, he didn't know the freon tank had a left handed thread and could not attach his hoses to the freon. He then called someone to bring over an adapter. Seems like bad communication/training all around!
