AirTime Cooling & Heating

Initially the technician did not have the freon for my AC. Then he said they would come out the next day. At 3PM I called and the office seemed like they did not know about comming out. When the tech came out with freon, he didn't know the freon tank had a left handed thread and could not attach his hoses to the freon. He then called someone to bring over an adapter. Seems like bad communication/training all around!

We called around 3PM, and was told a repairman would arrive the same day between 4-6 PM... He arrived around 5:20 ... He diagnosed the problem was blown fuses leading to the AC Exterior unit. He explained how the repair would be done. He had the replacement fuses with him.

Our technician was Garrett Huey. He was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job
