We have used Brian & his team for a couple years now. They have always answered the phone & found a way to service us quickly. This week we ran into an issue with our AC & they provided us options to repair or replace. There was no pressure to buy but looking at the cost VS repairs long term it was an easy choice to replace. I reviewed a few companies over the last couple of years by having simple PM work done, i.e. condensate drain cleaning, motor amp draw checks, etc. Since my existing unit was 20 years old, I knew it was time. Received a good feeling talking with AirTime's crew. Brian, Shawn, & Donnie provided a sensible well understood quote which I accepted. They removed my old gas pack and ground mounted 5 ton compressor. Replaced all with a new Trane system. It took them about eight hours.
