I thought that my air conditioning unit was blowing insulation unit into my house, which made me really nervous about the cost. I called AirTime Cooling and Heating and they sent out a technician the same day. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that I needed my air conditioning unit cleaned and it was dust, not insulation. No more dusty smell in the house! I couldn't be more happier with the service.

We had AirTime replace our 19 yr old A/C units (2), they ran, but we wanted to make sure we didn't get stuck in the middle of the summer without A/C. Brian and his team are AWESOME! The pricing was very reasonable, and very competitive with others we had quoted. The team that came to our house were beyond polite, curious, and friendly. They are definitely the company we recommend - you won't be disappointed.

I first used AirTime for a maintence service and I was pleased with the service and recommendations that Travis suggested. After obtaining quotes from other companies and AirTime, I decided to purchase a new ac unit from them. Brian, the owner during the quoting process made it easy and was professional. The installation process was great and Brian followed up with us a couple of weeks afterwards to check-in. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! One of our 27 year old Trane units went out about 10 days ago. I asked my friend if she had an A/C company that she liked. She recommended AirTime. I called and Brian was able to fit me in on a Saturday, last call of the day. Long story, short, it was not worth replacing the motor, so I agreed to get quotes for 2 new units. Brian came out Monday and provided me with 3 quotes. I never felt pressured and was pleased with the level of information he provided. We just got new carpeting upstairs and our air handler was in the attic, accessible via a small opening in my master closet. He assured me that they would put down NEW tarps everywhere and that my house would be left as clean as it was before they arrived. Install was scheduled for 6am and taking til 1pm. I had my doubts. Brian and his staff came highly recommended from a few friends so we had them provide us with a quote for 2 new AC units. They came in and recommended exactly what we needed without trying to up sell us to more expensive units that we didn’t need (unlike some of our other quotes). The financing and installation was nice and easy and we didn’t experience any real disruption to our home. They installed the units in about 8 hours and we’ve had zero issues so far. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They are the most customer service oriented contractor we have ever done business with. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and follow-up is 2nd to none! We would rate them a 10 on any schedule and highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

My AC went out in the beginning of the summer. I called around and found AirtTime Cooling and Heating LLC. I have to say, they have be the most professional out of all three or four places i called. From the person taking the call to installer who removed and install the new systems, they were all top notch! Their scheduling system is also very nice. They let you know when Service order is create and when and who is assigned. It will also let you know when the person is transit giving you a good idea when he or she will be onsite.
