If I could give AirTime TEN STARS I would. Hands down, the best service I have ever received from an A/C company. Honestly, I didn't know who to call and saw an AirTime truck driving down Gilbert Road at 6:15pm so I called them. Brian, the owner answered on the second ring. He let me know he would call me back in two minutes. He called me back promptly and stated he had someone on the way. Grant arrived at my home quickly, assessed the situation, was professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Grant had my A/C unit running once again blowing cold air! I would highly recommend AirTime Cooling and Heating to anyone who is looking for honest, professional, prompt service. Thank you AirTime!!

Called at 10pm after upstairs air went out. Owner answered (not just a recording) and got us scheduled for the next day. Grant came out and replaced a capacitor and some freon and we were back up and running.

I just went through the process of getting a new A/C unit. Brian and his team were very competitive and set themselves apart from other companies that gave me quotes. The installation was done in a timely manner and the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I also had an issue with one of my thermostats and the technician was able to resolve on the first visit and saved me some money instead of trying to sell me something I don’t need. These guys are very honest and would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing, no sugar coating, no sales pitch. Just laid out our options, and let us make our decision. We decided to go with AirTime and never regretted it! They were fast honest and did a great job! They came out again to prepare our system for winter. Man, we love our AC unit! Our power bills are substantially better in the summer. We have whole heartedly recommend AirTime to friends and family.

Recommended initially by a friend and it was a great call. Their service was excellent and provided me with some good information without aggressively trying to sell something. We ended up buying two new units and have been greatly pleased with the products they offer and the services they performed. Highly recommend giving them a ring if you have air conditioning problems or have any AC needs.

I was over the top impressed by the quality and customer service of this company. I needed two new hvac units so I spent several weeks shopping around for the best deal and company to do it and after all, Brian the owner showed integrity and quality. He price matched my units and was able to install the next very next morning when I was ready to purchase. It only took the morning for their team to install both the airhandlers and outdoor units and they left my house cool and clean when they finished. Also, they give great warranties on the parts and guarantees on the service and labor. I would recommend Airtime to anyone!

I can’t say enough great things about Airtime Cooling and Heating, they were out here in less than 24hrs when other companies quoted days or even weeks. Travis our tech was extremely friendly and explained everything to us in simple terms we could understand!
