AirTime Cooling & Heating

We had 2 units replaced by AirTime this summer. Brian (the owner) was very professional and helpful from the first phone call all the way through the process, and even called several weeks after the installation to make sure that everything was running smoothly.
He was great to work with us to find the units that best fit our situation, and the installation was very smooth.
I would highly reccommend AirTime to anyone looking for an A/C contractor who will deal with them fairly, and honestly!

The air handler drains had clogged and water had damaged the ceiling. Inspected the attic and realized the source of the water damage was the air handler unit. Looked on Angie’s List and saw reviews for Air Time. Contacted them in the morning and they arrived that afternoon. The tech quickly identified the problem and cleared the clogged drain. Fair price and quick response was great. I will contact these guys for any future HVAC issues.

We purchased two new units last year or so from Brian, who was very knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention offered us highly competitive pricing for the top of the line models we elected. Yesterday, Grant came out to do our one year maintenance, and was fantastic. He spent a lot of time testing each vent for flow and temp as well as the digital thermostats, returns, filters, and outdoor units themselves. We’d refer them to anyone either looking to buy new or replace their old ac units, or just need a trustworthy, reputable company that knows what they are doing to come out an service your existing heating or cooling units. That are great!

This company is very customer-centric, and their service is excellent across the board. The experience of buying a new A/C unit was much easier and less stressful and they did a great job!

Airtime installed a brand new air conditioner for us last year and went Above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the unit.

They were super competitive and fair with their pricing and technicians seem very knowledgeable.

Airtime also stands behind their work. A year later we had some issues with the unit and they were out immediately to correct it and make it right for us.

Soon we will be moving to a new house and we definitely will be lifelong patrons of Airtime Cooling & Heating. Airtime knows that stuff!

Excellent company with an owner who cares and employees who care. When your A/C fails you want someone who says I’ve got your back. AirTime is that company.

My wife returned home on a Saturday night with no A/C and I was not available until Sunday morning. I’m thinking now what am I going to do it’s a weekend in the AZ summer.

Through previous research a saw happy people using AirTime so I gave them a call on Sunday morning and talked with Brian Boyer the owner. He said he could have a technician out within two hours. Sure enough he arrived on time. My problem was diagnosed and fixed timely at a reasonable price and they guarantee their work.

I now have air again and AirTime has a new customer. Kudos to them for doing things the right way and truly caring about their customers.

We had scheduled a routine check on our air conditioning today....customer service was outstanding! Received a call stating they were on their way to our home....Grant the service man, was kind taught me new things about my air conditioning and conditioner. Checked all the filters, the attic and showed me things to look for and when I should call for repair.... thank you Airtime Heating and cooling
