You never really know how good a company and its technicians are when things go smoothly, but you sure do when there are problems.
AirTime answered their phones, they did an install quickly in the worst of the summer and charged a fair price. A problem developed and they had to come out 3 more times, which they did without complaint and twice at night. They found the problem, a bizarre electrical situation inside a wall which was no fault of theirs at all. But they stuck with the job, cheerfully, until it was fixed; very few companies would have persisted or had the expertise to solve that one. This was a trial by fire that proved they are great and deserving of your business.

Excellent service and honest trained pros. They came on time and checked out unit quickly. Older unit but just needed a part at this time. They were finished and had the system up and running within hour. Very good value as well. Highly recommend using airtime!!

AC went out at night in mid-August. Called them at 6 am next morning, surprisingly someone answered (not voicemail), they showed up on site a few hours later, determined that a fan motor had failed, they had the part on their truck and quoted a price to fix it, and by about noon everything was fixed and my AC was blowing cold air again. They are punctual, reliable, honest, and charged a fair price. Their good reviews are well deserved.

AirTime Cooling and Heating gave a very fair quote on a replacement A/C unit. They showed up at the scheduled appointment time and were clean and quiet. The technicians were polite and professional. When they left, it was like they had never been there except my house was now nice and cool. I truly recommend you support a small business and use AirTime for your heating and cooling needs.
