We came home from church to a broken AC unit, within 3 hours Grant was there, an hour later the problem (motor)was fixed. They saved the day on a hot holiday weekend! Grant went above and beyond and was so kind! A new unit is in the future, and we'll definitely be using Brian and his team!

A+ company, showed up on time for the initial estimate, went over different options and helped decide on the best system for our home and preferences. The office kept in communication when parts arrived and got us on the schedule in a very timely manner. All the installers on site were very courteous, clean, and I felt comfortable having them in my house. They went over what was installed and answered all our questions. After install the techs went through and cleaned and vacuumed and you could not tell they were there at all!. I would recommend Airtime cooling and heating to anyone!

From the start, working with Brian (owner) was a joy. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, helping us figure out exactly what we needed which included the right size A/C unit, attic insulation and duct work. If I had a question, Brian had no problem hopping on the phone to answer it. After getting numerous bids, it was clear their pricing and service was the best. Once we gave them the green light, we were able to get scheduled right away. The crew was just fantastic - very efficient and thorough.
