The service technician Jacob was friendly and informative about our HVAC system and the condition of our older unit. He did not try to sell us any parts or services, but told us what our options were at this point. He did a system check and cleaned the vents.
We are very satisfied with the service.

The whole crew was excellent and friendly to work with. Prompt, very knowledgeable, on point with installation deadline. Josh lead a fine crew. Bruce and Vince at the office were always available. Owner Brian, called to confirm everything was ok and made sure I was happy when they were near completed.

Jacob did a fantastic job repairing our AC. He went over everything that was wrong and what was needed. He had a great attitude and was prompt and did everything in a timely manner! We Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

First off a human answered the phone. We were able to schedule the service for the next day. The tech called on his way and was right on time. They serviced everything correctly, and were very clear and concise on communication, letting us know all along the way what was going on. Axel was our tech and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AirTime!
