We bought 2 hvac units from Airtime in Nov.. They were priced right and the install was very professional. This May one of the units wasn't working properly. This happened on a Sunday. I call their number, but no one answered, and I didn't leave a message. Five minutes later, I got a call from Airtime. The guy said "hi Mark, This is Josh from Airtime, what do you need. I did not even leave a message or my name. He sent out a team first thing on Monday and they fixed everything quickly.
