The repairman knew very well from my description of what had happened earlier what the problem was, and reset the thermostat that lost its program when the electric meter was replaced earlier in the day.

After a very frustrating experience with another 'big name' A/C company, we called Air Time at the recommendation of a friend. We were without A/C and had been staying in a hotel for a few days already at that point, but Air Time was able to send a tech out promptly, diagnose the issue and locate the necessary parts ASAP to complete the repairs. After the horrible experience we had with the prior company, we were grateful that Air Time was able to step in and solve our problem as quickly as they did. I would highly recommend them!
