Placed call at around 8:30 for service was told to expect technician between 10-12. Dan arrived by10:15 and work completed by 11. Heater up and running again .. Thanks for being efficient and reasonable in price

Great service, they patiently go over the service reports with you, and don’t try to upsell you with other unnecessary services or charge overpriced fees for their service like other HVAC vendors do (eg. Parker and Sons)

After calling a few companies, I am happy that I contacted Airtime. The initial service was prompt and courteous, and the conclusion was that my 32 years old Trane unit should be replaced, which I already knew. Their service tech Jacob was able to charge up the Trane unit, so as to keep us cool until replacement could be done ten days later. The price was correct for a new Trane unit, that I hope will also last a couple of decades. The replacement crew were professional and courteous. Vince and Jordan arrived early in the morning and the job was completed in less than 4 hours. With the current temperatures at above 115 degrees, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
