Tom the sales manager that came out initially puts your mind at ease and very helpful in making the decision. The two gentleman that came out to install the unit were very friendly, they completed the installation in one day and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Derick was on time showing up, was very nice and professional, I showed him where things were and he explained what service work he was going to preform, and went right to work, he was finished up in a short time and had vacuumed out and cleaned our condensers, put everything back, picked up after his work, and explained to his findings instructed me to check the air intake filters monthly, especially in the Summer months,
