Has anyone ever said, in the midst of AC problems, "Wow that was a great experience!"? Well, I'm saying it now! Jacob was amazing and I finally have peace of mind that the hot Arizona summer is no longer going to be a dangerous time of year for me with an old, unreliable system! Can't wait for the installation of my NEW TRANE SYSTEM to be completed. ❄️

5 stars for Garrett at Air Time! He serviced my furnace and helped troubleshoot my thermostat, but what really stood out was how thorough, patient, and informative he was. He arrived right on time and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. As a new homeowner, that meant a lot — he didn’t just fix things, he made sure I actually understood how my system works and answered all my questions without rushing me.

Garrett was courteous, professional, and clearly cares about doing the job right and helping his customers feel comfortable. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Air Time again and highly recommend him to anyone!
