I was having an issue with an approval for my client and closing approaching in 4 days, i decided to look up CEO on linkedin as a miracle shot. Well, i was pleasantly surprised to get an email from one of the representatives within 10 minutes of sending the message telling me that they would personally take care of me. In this world of little to no customer service it was quite amazing that the CEO not only took the time to read my message but also took action within 10 minutes. Bravo!!!!!
