The representative that deserves 5 stars was Becky!!! We had a tight time frame when it came down to the approval decision by the association to move in by April 1st. After i emailed the management group requesting any updates or if we could have done anything to help the process move faster, Becky called me the same day I emailed to let me know that the association manager was taking care of the application and see if we can get the approval by April 1st. Within the hour Becky called me back and said we were approved. The fastest delivery and customer support I have received by far!
