Definite room for improvement needed in the Meadowood Community and how it is being managed by Affinity.
Recommendations:
1. Provide a location on the community website to view issues reported and what status they are in for resolution
2. Hire a Maintenance person to monitor and maintain the basic necessities of the community (pool fencing screws lose or missing, playground door broken, garbage left behind in common areas, oversight of landscaping vendor, address numbers missing from clubhouse/or hanging on its last leg)
3. Provide weekly a pulse news letter reporting on what’s going on in the community (what’s being worked on, what’s on hold, etc)
4. Elicit on going feedback from the community on a quarterly basis and demonstrate how the feedback received was utilized/put to action in future decision making
